1971 Estonia Grand Piano is a Soviet-era sampled grand piano in detail. The Estonia Piano line is known as the secret Steinway of Eastern Europe, with unique dark, emotional and melancholic characteristics.
1971 Estonia Grand Piano contains articulations by Sustain, Staccato and Plucked, which are easily combined with each other depending on your compositional needs. Staccato notes were recorded with 5 circular repetitions per layer of Velocity, offering you the opportunity to play incredibly fast phrases with a clear attack pass. The library contains the latest version of Chaos FX designed for sound design, as well as many new texture convolutional dealers that provide the instrument with the ability to retard textures from other sound sources.
We recorded and processed 1971 Estonia Grand Piano with a sampling rate of 96 kHz in a prepared Soviet-era room, and then performed a reduction to 48 kHz for easy streaming. The library contains 6 different types of vintage microphones, including Neumann UM 57, Vintage Lomo, Sennheiser MKH 40, Aston Spirit, Neumann KM 184, as well as a mixed position created by combining all the microphones used in recording sessions. We recorded a 100% analog signal, thereby providing you with a unique and expressive Soviet piano.
