BassRift’s Split section splits the incoming signal into two streams at a selected crossover point, with the low end being enhanced with Safe Bass for extra body, while the high end is subjected to various effects to add texture and depth. Each section has an independent gain control, and you can choose the crossover slope yourself.

The Safe Bass component is designed to preserve and enhance the power of your bass tracks. It includes a compressor and amplifier that enhance the clarity and power of bass lines to make them stand out in the mix. Additionally, it allows you to downmix a stereo signal into mono, ensuring bass integrity and uniformity across different playback platforms.

Once split, Bassrift passes the high end through a three-stage effects section. Each of the modules can select one of four effects and is easily controlled using a double knob, allowing for maximum speed of operation. The order of the modules can be changed according to your wishes.
