Drum Kit
Jolene is the second release in our Boutique Drums series. While Ruby is all about the heavy stuff, Jolene is all about the atmosphere, which is great for indie, alternative, country and pop.
As always, we’ve included a collection of ready-to-mix presets suitable for a variety of musical contexts: from the soft, intimate punch of “Sunshine” to the solid and inviting “Lola”.
We’ve included five different hi-hat states and live 8-note grooves that automatically adjust to the tempo of your DAW: closed, normal, slightly open, half-open and fully open; grooves are recorded at 90/120/140 bpm.
Crossfade hi-hat grooves with release triggers? Easy. When the modulation wheel is down, a loop is played in the closed hi-hat state. When you lift the modulation wheel, the hi-hat opens up. And it’s amazing!
