Until now, if you wanted a realistic acoustic guitar in your productions, the only serious option was to use a real guitarist.
Numerous Samlov libraries and virtual instruments appeared and disappeared, which proclaimed realism, but were far from fulfilling this promise. In the best case, they could be used to fill in the guitar party in pre -production layouts, which later had to be replaced by real guitar execution. All of them were better buried in the mix than exposed.
The Evolution Steel Strings is a cult acoustic guitar of Martin D16R with steel strings, recorded in stereo with first -class microphones and pretexts of 24 bits, 48 kHz for the best tone and accuracy. While most libraries of samples of the acoustic guitar are saved using only one microphone, we used stereomicrophones for a more natural tone, as well as the regulated stereo width.
