Plasmonic captures the complex acoustic resonances of physical modeling, expands them with more familiar elements of subtractive synthesis, and adds a few unique twists. From plucked strings with acoustic presence to vast imaginary soundscapes, rough solos, and complex rhythmic textures, Plasmonic will go where your imagination takes you.

Factory Presets

• 300 MPE-compatible presets, 80 in the demo version.

Microtuning

• MTS-ESP support.
• Import of scl and tun files.

Four audio sources

2 wave oscillators with dynamic wave transformations.
• Dedicated pulse generator for making a resonator ring.
• Noise generator with its own resonant low-pass filter.

Two interacting filters

• Self-oscillating resonator provides organic resonance.
• Multi-mode self-oscillating ladder filter: LP, HP, BP, 1, 2 and 4 poles, formant filter and LP+HP in parallel and series.
• Each filter can accept any combination of audio sources.
• Can be configured in series or parallel.

Modulation and Expression

• MPE support, almost all parameters can be controlled by MPE, and all factory presets are fully playable by MPE.
• Deep and precise modulation system, almost all parameters can be controlled by any combination of modulators.
• Multiple ADSRs and LFOs with unique features.
• 8 customizable MIDI macros.
• 3 pulse generators to trigger modules to create complex rhythmic effects.

Unique delay effects

• Most delay effects are capable of self-oscillation.
• Complex modulation effects.
• Sympathetic mode dynamically resonates according to the harmonic grid.
• Polyphonic richness.
• 3-band parametric EQ.

Intuitive GUI

• Single-panel, resizable interface, everything is just a click away.
• Easy to use, setting up complex modulation is fun and intuitive.
• Controls are precise, allowing coarse and fine adjustments with one hand.
