Steinberg – HALion 7 & HALion Sonic 7 v7.1.10 for Windows

Version: 7.1.10
Developer: Steinberg
Format: SAL, VST3, AAX ,64bit
Tablet: present (R2R)
Size: 2.32 GB

Steinberg HALion 7 is an updated version of the VST sampler. The new product offers a section with an FM synthesis engine, developed in collaboration with Yamaha, which allows you to combine up to eight operators, and the Algorithm Finder function makes it easy to create both classic Yamaha DX7 synthesizer sounds and modern FM sound patches. In addition, the software now supports importing files (SYX format) of Yamaha instruments, including the DX7 and TX81Z. The next update is the Spectral Zone section, which has a spectral oscillator with Time-Stretch and Resynthesis algorithms with parameters such as Format Shift, Spectral Filter, Purity and Inharmonicity for various sample transformations.

Remove the previous version (recommendation from R2R, so at your discretion)

Note:
If the certificate (R2RCA.cer) is already installed, skip step #1

1. Install the R2RCA.cer certificate

Win+R > enter certmgr.msc > Enter > Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates > RMB on “Certificates” > All tasks > import > point to the R2RCA.cer file
You can check whether the certificate has been installed using the R2RCERTEST.exe file (after rebooting the OS)

2. Install Setup Steinberg Silk Emulator v1.3.0.exe
3. Reboot the OS
4. Install HALion7.msi_and/or HALionSonic7.msi

Install Generic_Lower_Latency_ASIO_Driver_64bit.msi – if necessary

5. Place the Content_ folder in

Code
%PROGRAMDATA%\Steinberg\

If Steinberg Library Manager(SLM) is installed, launch it and drag the Content_ folder into the SLM

(R2R) window. To install the content, check our other release: Steinberg.HALion.7.Content-R2R (it is not on the site), so download third-party
Content from version 6 works. You can download it HERE
