UVI – UVS-3200 v1.0.2 (UVI Workstation, Falcon)

UVS -3200 offers you the rare and extremely warm sounds of a complex and stunning piece in the history of KORG PS \ -3200 synthesizers, perfectly restored and deeply sampled throughout its vintage analogue splendor. Built in very limited numbers in the late 70s, this Japanese handsome man featured a semi-modular 48-voice polyphonic engine.

Each vote was equipped with 2 VCOs, each with its own VCF and LFO. The PS-3200 was also notable for its remarkable ability to recall 16 memory locations \ (a fantastic convenience at the time). Settings could be saved and restored at any time using the front panel or an additional remote control. This synthesizer also features a unique keyboard controller with a scalable CV joystick for a fun and dynamic viewing angle.

Due to the sheer number of PS-3200 components and the age of these machines, their ownership and repair is extremely expensive and increasingly difficult to find. Luckily, we got our hands on the untouched machine and after a complete check and fine tuning, we handed it over to our sound team to push it to its limit, documenting the best it has to offer.
