Quality: Mono 44.1 kHz 24 bits
Size: 65.3 MB

A tiny music box, sampled and distributed across the keys, combined with a custom Atmosphere layer for playful or mysterious metallic overflows.

With its unique Age parameter, Blueprint: Music Box is capable of creating both gentle, shimmering melodies and dark, eerie atmospheres. This feature provides subtle (or pronounced) detuning and processes the sound in such a way as to create a darker timbre, perfect for horror movie soundtracks.

The built-in Atmosphere layer, created from processed music box recordings, gives the sound a dreamy sustain. Neither strictly a reverb nor a pad, this layer seamlessly merges with dry samples to create lush, otherworldly trails.

NKS support and Kontakt Player compatibility

We are pleased to offer full NKS support for Blueprint: Music Box. Using the power of Native Instruments’ Komplete Kontrol keyboards, you get full control over the instrument using the built-in display and on-keyboard parameter controls. This also means that Blueprint: Music Box is accessible for blind and visually impaired musicians. Additionally, the library is compatible with the free Kontakt Player via Native Access, meaning you can use it without purchasing any additional software. You can download Kontakt Player from the Native Instruments website.
