IMPROVED Drag and drop from the Files panel now works between different instances of Kontakt.
RECOGNIZED ISSUE In Pro Tools, the Kontakt window is cut off when scaled beyond the available display size.
COMMON PROBLEM In Single View mode, the tool loses focus when you click on a level meter or an empty space in the tool’s header.
Familiar PROBLEM: error when launching Kontakt standalone if Canon EOS webcam software is installed.
✔️ How to install, questions, etc…
1) Run the Kontakt 7 7.9.0 Setup program on your computer.
2) Disable your antivirus and extract K7 Next Patcher.7z, then run Kontakt 7 Next Patcher as administrator.
(If you unchecked AAX or VST3 during installation, the patcher will tell you that it cannot find the file, just click the NO button).
Click the Patch button and wait for the green text DONE to appear in the lower left corner.
Can I install the latest version of Kontakt 7 over a previous version of Kontakt 7 (bobdule)?
YES! You can, just make sure you use the same location (default).
Can Kontakt 6 or Kontakt 7 work side by side?
Yes! You can install both versions without any conflicts.

How to make Kontakt 7 look like classic Kontakt 6?
Press F10 for Single View/Rack View, press LIBRARY for New/Old Library View.
